Each Diplomat Windsor Winder is powered by a silent Japanese Mabuchi motor and has four programmed settings: (1) 60 seconds clockwise followed by a 12 minute pause; (2) 60 seconds bi-directionally followed by an 18 minute pause; and (4) 60 seconds bi-directionally followed by a 24 minute pause.
